F1 Camping Austria

The RaceCamp of RacingTours is the most atmospheric F1 campsite in Austria. Every year thousands of (Dutch) Formula 1 fans travel to Styria to cheer on Max Verstappen during the Austrian Grand Prix , with many choosing to stay at the campsites around the circuit. The RaceCamp is open from Wednesday 25 June (09:00) to Monday 30 June 2025 (10:00).

Camping spots

The spacious camping spots at RaceCamp (35 m2 50 m2) offer space for your own camper, caravan, tent, trailer tent or other camping equipment. Each spot has its own electricity point (230V) for all your needs.

If you book a camping spot for the Austrian Grand Prix, you are also assured of RT Premium.

Sherpa tent

Are you travelling without your own camping equipment or do you want to enjoy yourself without worries? Then choose our sherpa tent arrangement. This luxury tent is fully set up and furnished waiting for you upon arrival. The tent is equipped with comfortable single beds including mattress. We provide complete bedding, bed linen and electricity. Each tent has a practical night light so that you can easily find your accommodation in the dark.

If you book a sherpa tent for the Austrian Grand Prix, you are also assured of RT Premium.

    Sanitary facilities

    The RaceCamp has its own sanitary facilities. The showers and toilets are cleaned daily and offer hot water for all guests. This way we guarantee that every visitor can count on optimal personal hygiene during the race weekend.

    Hospitality

    The RaceCamp has its own catering facility where all RacingTours guests can enjoy an extensive breakfast daily (Thursday to Monday). In addition, our chefs prepare a spectacular BBQ on Friday evening as a perfect start to the Formula 1 weekend.

    Daily breakfast and the BBQ on Friday are included in the price. You can also come to us for a snack and drink outside of these meals, for a fee.

Location Camping Red Bull Ring

Our Formula 1 campsite is located on the grounds of the Schindelbacherhof campsite, an impressive area of ​​approximately 150,000 m² that is transformed into a lively stay for F1 fans especially for the Formula 1 weekend in Spielberg. Here we house our own RaceCamp concept and what makes it extra special: the location is within walking distance of Schönberg (standing places) and the popular T3 grandstand!

Red Bull Ring Directions & Important Information

If you travel to Austria with your own transport, we would like to point out two essential vignettes that you need:

  • Toll sticker for Austrian roads
  • Camping sticker for access to our site

In addition, the 'Streckenmaut card' is not mandatory, but is recommended. This card gives you access to the green toll lanes where you usually have to wait less long.

Toll sticker

The Austrian toll sticker is available in both physical and digital form. The physical version can be purchased via the ANWB (website or shops) or at petrol stations near or directly across the Austrian border. Do you prefer a digital toll sticker? Then you can easily order this via the designated website.

Camping sticker

In the run-up to the event, the main booker will receive the camping sticker by post, together with the official RacingTours parking sticker. These stickers provide access to the access roads around the camping site. We kindly request that you place these identification stickers on the top right of the windscreen of your vehicle for a smooth flow during checks.
